To use it as a swing fix the rope to your ceiling and insert the rope in the specially cut slots that are located at the both ends of the board. Straighten the board, adjust the ropes and enjoy the swing to the fullest! You can be sure that will become the very favorite spot in the house for both, children and adults!
To use it as a balance board simply remove the board from the rope, put in on the floor and enjoy all the benefits it can give. Flip it, swing it, use it. There is no limit for age and your imagination. Playing with balance board is quite intelligent process, because it develops: creativity, imagination, balance, exercise, routine.
The rope is made from natural hemp that is eco-friendly and very durable material. Built to last a lifetime, it is ideal for indoor use. The advantage of this rope, which makes it very appreciated, is very low stretching, robustness, being grippy and abrasion resistance.

We ordered the size small and its plenty big - the kids can both fit on it, or can fit on mom/dad's lap, or swing standing, etc. Such great quality and its a playroom staple that gets used daily!
