How to get started?

Place the board on the roller, positioning the roller at one end of the board. Put one foot on the end of the board on the ground.
Put your other foot on the opposite end, where the roller supports the board. Gently press down on the roller with your foot to start it moving.
Shift your weight from side to side to find your balance in the center.

TIP: For extra stability when starting, have a family member or friend hold your hands, or lean against the wall for support.

Which size to choose?

M Size

For beginners or kids, the M size is perfect. Its smaller surface offers better control, making it easier to start learning balance. It’s great for anyone wanting to ease into balance training.

L Size

If you’re experienced in balance training or want more of a challenge, go for the L size. It has a bigger surface and a larger roller, allowing for more dynamic movement and stability in advanced exercises. Kids can use it too, but adult supervision is recommended.
